This is a notification of an upcoming Phone Number Change for the Dyn services.

Starting on November 1, 2024, customers calling into Oracle Dyn teams may encounter invalid phone number errors related to an update to our phone systems. Dyn customers using services with Phone Support can locate the updated phone numbers by logging into their account portal at https://account.dyn.com and then navigating to Support --> Contact Support.

Customers without Phone Support or with questions are encouraged to contact your Dyn Support team via your account portal or by emailing support@dyn.com.

This incident affects: Self Service DNS (Remote Access, Standard DNS, DynDNS Portal) and Dyn.com.
